Many can be used commercially, but the answer is model-specific.
For example, AxForge identifies Qwen3/Qwen3.8 open weights as Apache-2.0, which permits commercial use.
Do not assume every model in a catalogue has the same licence. For a managed deployment AxForge says licence handling is part of the model/deployment review where required.
