I would not promise that from the current public documentation.
The product is presented as an ARM64 AI machine with SSH access and container/serving workflows, which strongly suggests the supported path is Linux.
If Windows is a requirement, ask AxForge before booking. I could not find a current public statement that a Windows guest or bare-metal Windows install is supported.
