RTX 5090 is usually the first thing I would look at for image generation if the model fits in 32 GB.
Image models often benefit a lot from raw GPU throughput, and you can also run separate jobs on separate 5090s in a multi-GPU system.
GB10 is still useful when the image pipeline is unusually large, when you want several components resident together, or when memory capacity matters more than raw per-GPU speed.
