Provisioning is designed to install your SSH key and give you the allocated machine for the booked period.
I do not see a public guaranteed provisioning time on the current site.
So I would not promise a specific number of seconds or minutes in the FAQ. Say access is provisioned for the booked start time, and contact support if it is not ready.
