RTX 5090 is usually the first thing I would look at for image generation if the model fits in 32 GB.
Image models often benefit a lot from raw GPU throughput, and you can also run separate jobs on separate 5090s in a multi-GPU system.

Well.. i would say that a GB10 is still useful when the image pipeline is unusually large, when you want several components resident together, or when memory capacity matters more than raw per-GPU speed. It's very typical for proper workflows that need speed and more than one model to use an RTX 6000 Pro, and if that's too expensive, as i mentioned. the GB10 comes to mind.
Can I run Windows on a rented GB10?
I would not promise that from the current public documentation.
The product is presented as an ARM64 AI machine with SSH access and container/serving workflows, which strongly suggests the supported path is Linux.
