Debian repos seem to be broken

Hi, I'm new here. Debian repos seem to be broken on GB10:

$ sudo apt-get install autoconf
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Package autoconf is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'autoconf' has no installation candidate

So it's not possible to build packages. Thanks.
